RadarServices is led by a long-standing experienced management team. All persons are proven experts in the field of IT security and as a result offer their RadarServices‘ clients incomparably extensive expertise.

Thomas Hoffmann – Managing Director Sales & Marketing

Thomas Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in the international management of IT security companies. He was the founder of EUNET Austria and EUNET International BV (later successfully sold to Qwest). Furthermore, Thomas Hoffmann was the founder and CEO of CSM Security Management Ltd (later successfully sold to SurfControl plc). Thereafter, he was the Managing Director for Central Europe and advisor to the board of SurfControl. Before founding RadarServices together with Harald Reisinger, Thomas Hoffmann was Sales Leader Austria for Security Services and Software Support for IBM Austria. He studied international business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Concordia University in Montreal.

Harald Reisinger, CISM – Managing Director Service Management, Research & Innovation

Harald Reisinger has over 20 years of experience in corporate management in the IT sector. He was the co-founder of Greentube Ltd. (later successfully sold to Novomatic). Before and during the IPO phase of betandwin.com (today bwin.party digital entertainment plc.) he was a member of their management team. In 2001, Harald Reisinger founded the base-camp GmbH, which developed into one of the largest IT security companies in Austria. RadarServices originated from his idea for an IT risk management as a managed service. Harald Reisinger studied international business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Dr. Christian Polster – Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Finance Officer

Before joining RadarServices, Dr. Christian Polster worked for Lufthansa Systems AG, the global IT management arm of Lufthansa AG, and in various positions in the field of IT security for the Computer Software Manufaktur GmbH, CSM Security Management AG and SurfControl GmbH. He studied business informatics at the Technical University of Vienna and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid as well as business administration at the Vienna University of Economics, London School of Economics (LSE), HEC Paris and Singapore Management University (SMU). He finished his doctorate in strategic finance at the Vienna University of Economics.
