Your Responsibilities

  • Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  • Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organisation
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, internal and external communication
  • Supporting and educating the team, especially on creating and refining the product backlog
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in living the Scrum Master role for at least one year including Scrum Master Certification
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques (e.g. Story Mapping, Design Thinking, Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats, Bug handling)
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • KPI management and reporting
  • Moderating Scrum Events
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)

We at RadarServices would like to commend your experience and qualifications in the form of an appropriate compensation and have earmarked a gross annual salary between € 55,000 and € 60,000 for this position (for a full-time position).
